Our goal is to provide you with the best possible maternity care.
Communicating verbally with you is critical to providing effective maternity care. However, our hospital does not always have English-speaking staff available. (Not 24/7)
We respectfully request that patients who don’t speak Japanese are accompanied by a professional interpreter or a friend proficient in Japanese when you visit our hospital to assure safety in medical practice.
In case of difficulty in communicating, we may refuse visits and admission to our hospital.
We regret that we do not have staff who speak languages other than English.
